MSNBC Nightly News does internet interview on ubuntu laptop

News anchor Brian Williams does a internet interview over skype on a clearly marked dell laptop that has an Ubuntu sticker on it. The OS appears to be windows XP but the sticker is Ubuntu's logo easily seen at 5:59-6.01. What are we to make of this?
